About the Role

This is a full-time position for a current Business Services Manager.

As Business Services Manager, you will play a leading and influential role.   • Lead others in a way which meets the objectives of the team
  • Identify relevant issues and formulate alternative solutions
  • Expresses ideas and arguments in a structured and articulate manner
  • Show interest/ enthusiasm for work and be motivated to achieve set goals
  • Uphold appearance of professionalism with clients
  • Follow safe practices during their work

Duties Include

  • Provide personable and quality service to clients
  • Communicate directly with clients
  • Possess a substantial knowledge of relevant tax legislation and accounting principles
  • Apply technical knowledge in a practical manner
  • Apply lateral thinking to obtain required client outcomes
  • Demonstrate ability to research, analyse, interpret and apply research information accurately
  • Review the work of team members, providing constructive feedback
  • Lead others in a way which meets the objectives of the team
  • Delegate to appropriate team members effectively (matching work to ability) whilst maintaining accountability
  • Provide support to the Partners to achieve client outcomes and team goals
  • Manage team workflow
  • Share resources and expertise between teams
  • Mentor team members to help expand their knowledge, encourage growth and help guide through areas of difficulty
  • Deliver tasks within the promises made to clients and within timeframes set by clients, giving feedback if goals look unachievable
